SPINNER-BAR-LOADING-MAGAZINE Type SERVO 51-3200
for automatic change of new bars at the end of the machined bar.
Made by SPINNER, for spindles up to 52mm capacity, for material dia. = 8-51mm, length up to 3,200 mm,
for spindle length up to 1,300 mm (SPINNER TC400-52, TC600-52)
for customers machining mainly in smaller diameter up to 42mm and by second channel also light machining up to 51mm.
oil-flooded, including hydraulic-system with 2 pce guiding channel/pushers dia.= 43/42 mm and 52/51 mm.
Material storage to the rear
Without collets for material diameters (to be ordered separately). Material over dia.=47mm has to be bevelled !
incl. centring device (steady-rest)
incl. headstock anti-vibration damper additionally fitted between barloader and spindle to reduce vibrations.
(Recommend for machining of bars with Diameter <14mm)
