SPINNER-BAR-LOADING-MAGAZINE Type SERVO for automatic welding in of new bars at the end of the machined bar. Made by SPINNER, for spindles up to 42mm capacity, for material dia. = 4-42mm, length up to 3,200 mm, for spindle length up to 1,000 mm (SPINNER TD-42, TC400-42) oil-flooded, including hydraulic-system with guiding channel/pushers dia.= 43/42 mm. Material storage to the rear Without collets for material diameters (to be ordered separately). Material over dia.=38mm has to be bevelled! incl. centring device (steady-rest) incl. headstock anti-vibration damper additionally fitted between barloader and spindle to reduce vibrations.
